TERMS OF SERVICE

The rules for using this site.

The terms that govern your use of korexstudio.com. A separate signed agreement, not this page, governs any actual web development or marketing project.

Effective date: August 2, 2026

By visiting or using korexstudio.com (the "site"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. "We," "us," and "Korex Studio" mean Korex Studio LLC, the operator of this site; "you" means the person or organization using the site.

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms, to use this site or submit any of its forms. If you are using the site on behalf of a company or other organization, you are confirming you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

This site is Korex Studio's own marketing site: it describes our web development and marketing services, shows examples of past and demonstration work, and provides ways to reach us (a contact form, a guided project starter, and a marketing inquiry section). Its content is informational and promotional, not a binding offer.

Submitting an inquiry through this site is not itself an engagement, a quote, or a contract. If we agree to take on your project, the scope, price, and terms of that work are set out in a separate written agreement between you and us, not by this document.

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not restrict or interfere with anyone else's use of it. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise automatically harvest content from the site using bots, scripts, or similar automated means, except for standard search-engine indexing.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or degrade the site, its contact form, or its underlying infrastructure, including through denial-of-service activity.
  • Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with any spam, abuse, or bot protection on the site, including its Turnstile bot-check widget.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the site beyond what your browser exposes in the ordinary course of viewing it.
  • Probe, scan, or test the site for security vulnerabilities, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.
  • Submit spam, or use the contact form, the guided project starter, or the marketing inquiry section for any purpose other than a genuine inquiry.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, in anything you submit through the site.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other code designed to damage or disrupt the site or its visitors.
  • Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of Korex Studio or any third party through your use of the site.

When you submit the contact form, the guided project starter, or the marketing inquiry section, you are sending us the name, email address, message, and any other details that form asks for. You warrant that you have the right to send us that information and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

You grant us a licence to use what you submit for the purpose of responding to you, evaluating your inquiry, and, if we take on the resulting project, delivering that work. We do not use submissions for any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail on how submitted information is collected, used, and shared.

The design, code, text, and imagery on this site belong to Korex Studio or are used with permission, except for third-party client work and client names shown as examples of work we have built, which remain the property of those respective clients and are shown with their knowledge as portfolio proof.

The nine sample builds shown on the /work page are fictional demonstration sites, clearly labeled as such, built by Korex Studio to show range of style and capability. They are not real businesses.

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the site for your own personal or internal business reference. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, republish, or reuse the site's design or code for your own commercial purposes without our written permission, or any right to sublicense the site to anyone else. We may revoke this licence at any time by restricting or discontinuing your access to the site.

"Korex Studio" and the Korex Studio logo are our trademarks. Client names, logos, and marks shown as examples of work we have built belong to those respective clients and are shown with their knowledge as portfolio proof, not as an endorsement of this site.

Several pages on this site link out to live client websites and to third-party services (for example, the Turnstile bot-check widget on our forms). We do not control those external sites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Linking to a third-party site does not mean we endorse it.

Content on this site, including anything written about web development, marketing, or our process, is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for advice specific to your own situation.

This site and its content are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the site will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue the site or any part of it, at any time, without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and everything on it are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site is free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Korex Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Korex Studio LLC harmless from any claim, loss, or damage, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your violation of these terms or your misuse of the site.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site, without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms, misused the site's forms, or engaged in any of the prohibited conduct described above. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and indemnification, will continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to that venue.

Our approach is straightforward: if a dispute arises out of these terms or your use of the site, we ask that you first contact us directly so we can try to resolve it informally. If that does not resolve things, the dispute will be handled through the courts identified in the governing law section above, rather than a private arbitration process.

A few standard provisions that apply to these terms as a whole:

  • Severability. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest of these terms remain in full effect.
  • No waiver. If we do not act on a violation of these terms, that does not mean we waive our right to act on it, or any other violation, later.
  • Entire agreement. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of this site, and replace any prior understanding about that use. They do not apply to, and do not replace, any separate signed agreement covering an actual project.
  • Assignment. We may assign or transfer these terms, in whole or in part, for example as part of a reorganization of our business. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent.
  • Force majeure. We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including outages of third-party infrastructure the site depends on.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, for a material change, note it on this page at that time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms; if you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the site.

Korex Studio is operated by Korex Studio LLC. We do not publish a mailing address at this time; questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].
