1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using KorexStudio's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, customers, and anyone who accesses our platform.

2. Description of Service

KorexStudio provides a done-for-you managed website service for small businesses. We build, host, and maintain professional websites on your behalf. Our services include:

• Custom website design based on your business information
• Professional copywriting for your website content
• Hosting on KorexStudio subdomains (yoursite.korexstudio.com)
• Custom domain setup and configuration
• Contact form functionality with email notifications
• Ongoing maintenance, updates, and support

3. Account Terms

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

You may not use a username that is offensive, infringes on trademarks, or impersonates another person or entity.

4. Service Plans and Billing

4.1 Managed Website Service

KorexStudio provides a done-for-you managed website service. We build, host, and maintain your website based on information you provide about your business.

4.2 Pricing

Our managed website service includes:

• One-time Setup Fee: $299 - Includes custom design, professional copywriting, mobile optimization, SEO foundation, and unlimited revisions until approval
• Monthly Service Fee: $179/month - Includes hosting, SSL, ongoing content updates, technical maintenance, security patches, daily backups, and priority support
• Custom Domain: Included at no additional cost (setup and configuration provided)

4.3 Billing

The one-time setup fee is billed upon order confirmation. Monthly service fees are billed in advance each month. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all fees. If payment fails, your service may be suspended until payment is resolved.

4.4 Refunds

The setup fee is refundable if you cancel before your website is delivered for review. Monthly service fees are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your website before launch, we will continue revisions until you approve.

4.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly service at any time by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation, your website will be unpublished at the end of your paid period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Publishing illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Distributing malware or engaging in phishing
• Sending spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempting to access other users' accounts
• Circumventing platform limitations or restrictions

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through our platform ("Your Content"). By using our services, you grant KorexStudio a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute Your Content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

6.2 Our Platform

KorexStudio owns all rights to our platform, including templates, software, trademarks, and other intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our platform without written permission.

6.3 Templates

Templates are licensed for use within our platform only. You may not extract, resell, or use templates outside of KorexStudio.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate these Terms of Service or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Your payment method fails and remains unresolved
• We are required to do so by law
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period

Upon termination, your websites will be unpublished immediately. You may request a copy of your content within 30 days of termination.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KorexStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to your account or content
• Any interruption or cessation of our services
• Any bugs, viruses, or errors in our platform

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to KorexStudio in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KorexStudio, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of our services after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
