PRIVACY POLICY

How we handle your information.

What we collect when you reach out, why we collect it, and exactly who it goes to. Written to match what this site's code actually does, not a generic template.

Effective date: August 2, 2026

This policy explains how Korex Studio ("we", "us") handles information collected through korexstudio.com. It applies to every visitor to the site and to anyone who submits the contact form, the guided project starter at /start, or the marketing inquiry section on /marketing.

Questions about this policy can be sent to [email protected].

We collect information only when you choose to submit it through one of the site's three lead paths: the contact form, the guided project starter, or the marketing inquiry section. Browsing the site without submitting anything does not send us your name, email, or any other identifying detail.

Depending on which path you use, we collect some or all of the following:

  • Name and email address, as you type them.
  • A rough project budget, on the contact form and the marketing inquiry section. The guided project starter does not ask for a budget at all; that field is filled in automatically with a fixed placeholder value rather than a real figure.
  • Your message, or, on the guided project starter, the answers you choose as you move through the questions, plus an optional free-text note.

This site sets no cookies and loads no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. We do not follow you around the web, and we do not build a profile of you.

When you submit a form, your IP address is used briefly to check you are not a bot and to stop the same address flooding us with repeated submissions. It is not kept with your enquiry and is not used to recognise you on later visits.

The guided project starter remembers your answers in your browser while you fill it in, so you do not lose your place. That is stored in the tab you are using, cleared when you close it, and never sent to us until you submit.

We use the information you submit for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if it moves forward, to deliver the web development or marketing work you asked about. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

To get your enquiry to us and reply to it, a small number of service providers handle it on our behalf. They are described by what they do rather than by brand, since the supplier can change without changing what they receive or why. Cloudflare Turnstile is named because you can see it on our forms.

  • Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks a person and not a bot sent the form. It sees your IP address, never your name, email, budget, or message.
  • A rate-limiting provider, which stops one address flooding a form. It sees your IP address only.
  • A customer relationship management provider, which keeps your name, email, and message so we can follow up properly.
  • An email delivery provider, which sends us the alert and sends you the confirmation.
  • A team messaging service, which alerts us privately that you got in touch. Nothing is posted publicly.
  • Our hosting provider, based in the United States, which runs the site itself.

We retain contact records with our customer relationship management provider for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If you would like your information deleted sooner, email us and we will remove it.

Anything the guided project starter remembers while you fill it in lives only in your browser tab. We cannot see it or retrieve it.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to access what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to certain uses of it. This can include rights under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), among other laws.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time.

This site is intended for business inquiries and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If we change how we collect or use information, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.

Korex Studio is operated by Korex Studio LLC. We do not publish a mailing address at this time; email is the fastest and most reliable way to reach us. For any question about this policy or your information, write to [email protected].
